Discover the Fundamentals of Quadratics
01
Intro to Quadratics
This will provide general information about the topic of quadratics, and will include background information about the unit of quadratics.
05
Factoring
This will include information about the important topic on factoring, and several types of factoring. There will be helpful videos, examples, and problems that you can practice.
02
Vertex Form
This will include crucial vocabulary and definitions that will be used while exploring the vertex form. This will also include the lesson about how to graph vertex form, and figuring out how to solve vertex form, and examples of some mathematical problems.
03
Factored form
This will provide information about the relationship between vertex form and factored form. It will also include information for graphing factored form, some examples of mathematical problems, and solving equations using factoring.
04
Standard Form
This provides knowledge about the standard form, and includes models and algebraic expressions for various rectangles. Also informs about how to convert it into different forms, in order to graph it, and a concept of quadratic rule.
06
07
Relation between all forms of quadratics
This will summarize all three forms of quadratics, and how each is related to another. It will summarize how to convert each form to the other forms of quadratics. It outlines all the important information needed to graph a parabola, including some pictures, and useful sites.
Includes many examples of word problems that cover everything that we have learned about quadratics. It will also include word problems that are made up to test your knowledge.
08
This will include a reflection about the unit of quadratics which will outline the most interesting topic that we learned, and the topic that was disliked. It will also provide an example of a problem from the mini test that was performed in class, and the solution for that particular problem.
